Failure to notify us within the specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of warranty claims.

2.3 Ganja Shop reserves the right to verify the validity of warranty claims. We may require you to provide evidence or perform certain actions to assist in the investigation process. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve warranty claims promptly and fairly.

2.4 The warranty does not cover the following:

a) Account suspension or ban resulting from your actions or violation of League of Legends' terms of service. b) Loss of account access due to sharing or account sharing-related activities. c) Loss of account access due to account recovery or ownership disputes.

User Obligations 3.1 By using Ganja Shop, you agree to the following obligations:
